The Amish1 Sheds are handcrafted custom built. They are fully assembled with flooring, walls and roof before arriving for delivery. There is an option to assemble onsite as Kits are now available. Choose to build it on your own or an assembler is available at an additional cost. All Amish1 Sheds include a man door, one set of double doors, 2 windows, with an A frame roof or a Slant roof with several colours to choose from. You also have a choice of dark brown or white windows.
All Amish1 Sheds come with delivery anywhere in the Niagara Region. Please note that any shed larger than 160 sq ft requires a city permit. Amish1 does not require proof of permit upon delivery. If needed, I do have the proper drawings and generic engineer letter for you to bring to the city for your permit. There are additional costs for barn style roof, roll up garage doors, windows, extra man doors, extra double doors, stain, insulated flooring, or wood plank ceiling.

Delivery & Placement
- Maximum transport size: Due to trailer limits, sheds cannot exceed 11 feet in width or 30 feet in length.
- Cranes available: For properties with tight access, we can refer you to a crane company.
- Shed Mule: We also have a specialized forklift (shed mule) designed to move sheds into areas where trailers cannot fit.

Skid Foundation
Every Amish1 Shed is built with transport-ready skids that are:
- 4 inches wide × 6 inches tall, running the full length of the shed
- Elevated 4–6 inches off the ground for airflow and protection
- Designed to discourage critters from nesting underneath
- Moveable, so your shed is not considered a permanent dwelling
Skids can be removed at a customer’s request, though it’s not recommended. Keeping them helps extend the life of your shed and makes it possible to relocate it in the future. If you move, we can even help transport your Amish1 Shed to your new property.
